Rita F. PIERSON inspires me. I love this speech.
True! Kids don't learn from people they don't like. All learning comes from understanding. An understanding that is nurtured by relationships. How I wish that all educators will appreciate the power of relationships in every learning situation.
To my colleagues, it is obvious that we will 'TEACH' anyway. Let's inspire our students each day by establishing good relationships first. Why? We are in the business of building lives.
That means if students r doin well in ur subject it means u r loved by them I mean d kids
ReplyDeleteOver the years I have come to realize that having a good relationship with the kids is very important and helpful to them both academically and otherwise. They see the teacher as a role model,a friend and a confidant and therefore trust and relate better with the teacher. And by this, the teacher can help build the child's confidence and help the child to grow mentally, socially and otherwise. Relationships are very important.children learn better when they love the teacher
ReplyDeleteObviously true.I hv a good example.favour is a child that does very well in any subject she has a relationship wt d teacher.teachers are a very vital part of their students life and future at large.they should establish this relationship.love covers multitude so it should exist between the two for better understanding.
